This privacy notice explains how Cargo Technologies OÜ and its affiliates, (“we”, “us”, “our”) Process personal information collected from natural persons as specified below in the section HOW DO WE COLLECT, USE, AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? as a controller (“you”). Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.

We mainly Process your personal information in the Poland. However, we may transfer personal information outside the Poland. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete such information.
